Before or Post Workout Smoothie:
- Powdered Whey Protein (1 Serving)
- 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 3 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
- 4 Large frozen strawberries.
- Half a cup of water
Mix in blender until thickened. Drink an hour before workout to allow proper digestion.
