Before or Post Workout Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  1. Powdered Whey Protein (1 Serving)
  2. 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  3. 3 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
  4. 4 Large frozen strawberries.
  5. Half a cup of water

Mix in blender until thickened. Drink an hour before workout to allow proper digestion.
